Kurt is a web-based form system that is free to use for everyone at Uppsala university. You can create and administer surveys and registrations yourself.

Survey
A survey can be about anything and be answered by anyone. You can require login if you like, but it's optional.
Registration
Create a registration if you are planning a meeting of any kind. People register by submitting the form you create.
