We appreciate your interest in the Annual Conference. Registration is required to participate. Once you have registered by filling out the following form, you will receive a detailed program and more information in the weeks leading up to the Annual Conference.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
As of 7 October 2022, we are no longer able to accept registration to participate in person at the conference sessions on 20-21 October. Registration to participate virtually will continue to be open until 18 October. Although we are pleased that the conference has proved so popular, we apologise for this inconvenience and we hope that you will be able to join us virtually instead. We very much encourage your in person participation in the events on 19 and 22 October, where no registration is necessary.
