This anonymous survey is designed to assess the professional needs of Belarusian academics in the current context. The goal is to identify the key areas that Belarusian academics consider the most important for becoming better scholars and developing their careers at home and abroad, now and in the future, taking into account the particular needs of scholars from Belarus.
