This registration form contain important information regarding the NNPC 2025 meeting, please read it carefully.

Please note that as the venue - Tjärnö Marina Laboratorium (https://www.gu.se/en/tjarno) outside the city of Strömstad - have some restrictions with regard to number of participants, the organisation committee have decided to initially only accept registrations from the NNPC five "founding members" (Uppsala University, University of Helsinki, University of Oslo, University of Copenhagen, and University of Iceland).
However, after February 1st, 2025, also registrations from other institutions will be accepted on a "first come, first served" basis.

No payments will be made in conjuncture with this registration. Registrations will be compiled and invoiced once to each institution. These invoices will be sent via e-mail on May 20th, and are expected to be paid in full at the latest on June 5th, 2025. Please make necessary arrangements for a smooth handling.

The participation fee for the meeting will include housing, meals from reception on Tuesday (June 10th) until lunch on Friday (June 13th), and access to some infrastructure at the Tjärnö marine research station. - Required

Invoicing will be made once per institution. Invoices are to be compiled and sent on May 20th, hence last day for registration is Monday, May 19th. In the invoice will be specified participants and their corresponding account manager. Invoices are expected to be paid in full before June 5th. The meeting is taking place at a research station, so with regard to housing, most participants will be lodged in rooms with two, in a few cases four, berths. If you have a preference for a room-mate please provide her/his name below. No "mixed sex" rooms will be planned, unless explicitly requested.
