This is the application form for the BUP PhD Students Training 24-28 November 2025. The theme for this year's training and symposium is 'Strengthening the security and resilience of the Baltic Sea Region - environmental, political, social, economic shocks and crises'.
Please note this application must be completed in English. Applications in other languages will not be processed.
The application deadline is 30 May.

Cancellation policy
There is no fee to take part in the PhD Students Training in Uppsala, since your participation will be covered by the Baltic University Programme. However, if you don't show up or cancel your participation with late notice (after 31 October 2025), we hold the right to charge you or your university department the cost of your participation (300 €). We only accept late cancelllations due to illness, family related matters or force majeure, if sufficient documents can be provided (doctors certificate, etc.).
