Please register your arrival information.

The registration is necessary in order for us to plan the arrival service. Last day to register is 20 August 2025. A few days later, we will return to you with more detailed information. Please note that we will only offer the arrival service for certain flights and ferry arrivals to Visby 27-28 August, as indicated in the form (local time CEST, Central European Summer Time). In case of delayed flights/ferry arrivals far outside of these hours, you will need to arrange for your own transfer. This service is for the individual student and not for any accompanying persons.
