This is the registration form for The BUP PhD Training 2023.

This event, including food and accommodation, is free of charge for PhD students studying at a BUP participating university.

All students are responsible for covering their own travel to and from Warsaw, from which a bus will take students to Lodz for the training. Students can of course choose to travel directly to Lodz for the event.

Application for the BUP PhD Training 2023

This is the application form for the BUP PhD Training 2023.

The PhD Students Training that will take place 22-26 November 2023 at Lodz University of Technology, Poland. The participants will have different nationalities and academic backgrounds: Engineering, Social Sciences/Humanities and of Life Sciences/Environmental Sciences. The program of the training includes: lectures, workshops, students’ presentations of PhD work and individual consultancies of PhD work with international experts.

The PhD Training will be held in English, it is therefore important that applicants have English language proficiency in both spoken and written English.

Visa Requirements

The PhD training will take place in Poland, which is a part of the Schengen Area, applicants with no access to the Schengen can receive an invitation letter, if accepted to the Master Thesis training.
